PLS 1: Opening Plenary Session: Smarter Mobility for Smarter Cities

Confronted with growing mobility demand, municipal leaders across the region are investing in a range of new infrastructure programs and services, as evidenced by the emergence of spectacular highway and mass transit projects throughout the region. These projects are increasingly combined with measures aimed at optimizing existing networks through active traffic management, notably by harnessing the exponential growth in the quality and diversity of user data available to network operators.
